I keep a fairly clean apartment but also a fairly busy schedule. I try
to get as much cleaning as I can done on my own but sometimes
my schedule just doesn’t allow for the level I would like. I began to
search for a home cleaning service and thankfully found Maids in
Brown.

They were there right on time and even though I had to leave
midway through the cleaning they finished the job perfectly. Great
attention to detail (in particular in the bathrooms) and overall an
ease to schedule and work with. Great levels of communication too!

Definitely a solid choice for your house cleaning service needs!

What an exceptional maid/cleaning service!

I’m recovering from a knee injury that prevents me from doing any
heavy cleaning. Looking around my apartment earlier this week I
was discouraged thinking I really should dust, vacuum, etc., and
just felt overwhelmed. On a whim I decided to check out maid
services on Yelp; that’s how I found Maids in Brown. They were
the first to respond to my inquiry by both email and phone.
We agreed to a standard cleaning the next morning.

Hailey arrived on time and could not have been sweeter or more
professional. When I arrived home from work, I was THRILLED to
see a sparkling clean apartment. Everything was beautiful. I was
so happy and excited. They’d even left a get-well card and
some candy. I will definitely use Maids in Brown again!

Really great apartment cleaning service. I texted them (!) and was
also able to email them to set up a cleaning. Perfect for folks who
can’t always schedule things via phone due to an open office (me)
or don’t like making phone calls (my partner).

The young lady who came by to clean our 1 bedroom 1 bath
apartment was right on time (even a few minutes early) which is so
unusual for apartment and house cleaning services that I’ve used
before. She got right to it and showed great attention to detail.
The kitchen and bathroom were definitely glowing. I usually keep
things pretty tidy, but it was so nice to have such attention in those
areas I don’t love doing (scrubbing out the tub, deep cleaning the
front of the stove, etc). I was working from home that morning and
the cleaning took about 2 hours (exactly the estimate that they
gave me when I’d asked before the cleaning). Super helpful if
you’re having people over for an event or have a deadline.

I really can’t recommend this maid/cleaning service enough. Super
easy to schedule, did a great job, and they even sent me a text to
see how it went, since this was my first cleaning with them.

Maids in Brown did an excellent job for me today!

I had reached out to them late last night at the last minute. I needed
my bathrooms cleaned at the last minute for a move out. I asked for
several quotes from different maid services/house cleaning
services. Maids in Brown responding immediately with a quote,
answered my questions and fit me in at the last minute. The other
maid services/house cleaning services did respond, but not until
the next morning.

Jennifer showed up today for our 11:00 appointment. She was
friendly, professional and came prepared with all the necessary
supplies. She had a Shark vacuum. The reason I mention this is
because other maid services use vacuums that do not have the
great cleaning power of that vacuum. She did an excellent job
cleaning my bathrooms. When she left they looked brand new.
I would highly recommend Maids in Brown for all you maid
services/house cleaning services.

Maids in Brown did an excellent job for me today!

Maids in Brown were recommended to me through a friend and I’m
so glad I chose them! Winta and Haley are warm and friendly, and
their service is excellent. I live in a studio, so while my space is
fairly easy to maintain, I hired them for a more thorough clean
because I hate dusting and washing floors. Maids in Brown did a
wonderful job on every surface they touched. My kitchen and
bathroom are shiny.

The kitty paw prints all over the hardwood floors are gone.
Everything is dusted: bookshelves, tables, trinkets and frames on
bookshelves and tables. Their vacuum is definitely stronger than
mine because my rugs have never looked better. I’ll definitely be
hiring them again!

The ladies at Maids in Brown were very courteous and were very
easy to work with. I called them to schedule a cleaning a few days
in advance because we were hosting guests the very next day.

They were able to provide me with a good time where I could be
home. I had a lot of areas that needed cleaning (4 bathrooms,
living, kitchen, dining, etc.) but they were diligently for three hours
to get everything cleaned up. I was very happy with their service.
