amount of time our team spends in your home. During a deep clean, our team
members have more time to address detailed cleaning tasks such as removing soap
scum build-up, grease build-up in the kitchen, and wet washing all the baseboards,
windowsills, and fronts of all the cabinets, and doors.

Basic moving cleaning includes everything in standard cleaning plus cleaning inside
oven, refrigerator and inside kitchen cabinets. Full moving cleaning includes
everything in a deep cleaning plus inside oven, refrigerator and inside kitchen
cabinets.

No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. We are licensed, bonded, and
insured, and all our technicians undergo thorough drug and background screenings.

Our technicians are pet friendly. As long as your pets are comfortable with new
people in the home, their usual routine is fine.

Yes, your service day will remain the same appointment of the day and time. We
have two hours window of arrival. We usually arrive within the window of arrival. If
on a rare occasion our teams are running outside the arrival window, we will notify
you.

If you have a preferred technician, let us know! We aim to schedule them for your
cleanings as consistently as possible. The more frequent your service, the more
likely you are to have the same technician. Consistency is also maintained by
adhering to your cleaning schedule and avoiding rescheduling or skipping
appointments. We usually assign two teams to a house so that when one of the
teams is not available the other team can come to clean.

No problem! Please contact us by call, text, or email to reschedule or you can
reschedule online. You will receive a reminder of your cleaning visit up to a week in
advance. Let us know as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

valuables or instructing us not to touch certain items. A closed door or drawer

before the service to make sure funds are available for the service. We charge your
card on file after your cleaning is complete. Charges appear the next business day.
For the security of our staff, we do not accept cash or checks.

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Yes! Our maids have to pass background check in order to join our team.
Our goal is to clean it right the first time. If you are not happy with your services, we will come back and clean it for free!
